Risk Assessments

Perform audits and assessments of organizations information security to insure compliance with the industry regulations.  Assist client management in developing and implementing compliance mitigation task.

Perform assessments of client technology environment and determine areas needing modification or improvement to meet industry accepted best practices.  Work with client management to develop and implement an mitigation plan.

Management Consulting

·       Organizational assessment
Perform reviews of business functional areas and systems documenting current workflows, identifying potential problem areas and recommending solutions.
·       Process analysis

Based on work flow analysis, redesign business processes to better integrate and support organization’s goals and objectives

·       System reviews and audits

Perform systems and application audits to identify weaknesses and potential areas for improvements.

Planning/Strategic Planning

·       Corporate Vision/Goals

Assist management in the development of corporate vision (goals) and specific objectives.  Identify factors influencing the competitive nature of client’s business, including the changing global and regional economy. 

·       Information Planning consistent with Business Plan

Prepare an Information Plan covering three to five years that meets business goals and objectives outlined by comprehensive business plan.

·       Identify system alternatives

Identify systems solutions and alternatives consistent with business and information plan.

·       Prepare cost benefit analysis on Information Plan alternatives

Prepare detailed cost benefit analysis for Information Plan identifying both hard and soft benefits and potential pay back.

Implementation Management

Prepare requirements and Request for Proposals, select Vendors, Prepare and negotiate vendor and contract personnel contracts, Assist in the preparation of job description, search and selection of internal technical personnel
